Your mystery shop reports will be sent via email and include a copy of the report as a PDF file. The Telephone shops will include a copy of the recorded phone call as a WAV file.  You will also be able to access the reports on a secure web portal.  In addition to the individual reports, we will provide a standard set of analytical reports including comparison, trend, and verbatim reports.
