Step Process
The Discover stage is where we learn about you and your business. The key to a success project is clearly articulating the goals of the program, standards or measurement and laying out how the data will be used.
During this phase, we create the data collection form, training materials and other project details needed to launch your program.
The Pilot stage is a soft launch where we roll the program out on a limited basis to gather field level/real world data and quality test everything from the Design phase.
After the Pilot ends, we’ll review the results and make any changes identified during the test run.
Your program is fully launched.
Now that you program is launched, we’ll monitor the results to ensure that all of the design features are working as intended. During this period, running changes are made to address small issues that arise.
In the Improve phase, we’ll meet with your team to perform a through review of your project. We’ll discuss what’s working well, what’s not working and put together a plan to implement improvements and changes.
The process starts over as improvements and changes are discussed in a new Define phase, followed by the other steps in the process.
