Do I have to commit to a minimum term?
No. Your mystery shops are setup as a subscription with a recurring charge to your credit card. We will provide you with access to a self-service portal where you can cancel service or update payment information at any time.
If I sign up today, when does service start?
Service always begins the month after you sign up. If you would like service to begin immediately, please click on the Contact Us.
Why do I have to set up a credit card or my banking information for payment/autopayment?
Payment collection has a significant impact on the cost of a program. By setting up service on an auto-payment basis, we are able to keep the cost of the program down.
Do I have to sign up for monthly service?
No. You may contact us to discuss arrangements other than a regular monthly program.
